Manager-Escrow Officer

Nathan has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since 1993. He has been the office manager at Guaranty since 2001. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys gardening and music. He has two sons, Cameron and Ryan.

Kristen Moore

Assistant Manager – Escrow Officer

Kristen has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since 2002. She has worked in several different areas of the title company and became the Assistant Manager in 2020. Kristen is a member of First Christian Church and enjoys baking. She has a son, John and a daughter, Samantha.

Jana Thomason

Escrow Officer

Jana has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title since 2012. She has previous banking and mortgage processing experience and has worked in several departments within Guaranty. Jana became a licensed escrow officer in 2016. She spends her free time traveling with her husband, Craig, volunteering in the community, and playing nonstop fetch with their Border Collie, Gus.

Dianna Reed

Dianna has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title since 1994. She has over 40 years of experience in many areas of the title insurance industry with an emphasis on title research and abstracting. Dianna enjoys spending time with family, crafting, reading and is an avid fan of the DallasCowboys.

Andrew has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title since 2018. He is a graduate of Angelo State University with a BA in Business Administration. His past experiences include banking, human resources, and large format retail. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, going to concerts and watching sports.

Annie has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since 2020. She has previous retail and customer service experience. She enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, her German Shepherdmix Ivy, and her Chocolate Lab mix Ace. Annie is a licensed cosmetologist and enjoys doing makeup and skincare in her spare time.

Brandy has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since January 2020. She started at the front desk but coming in with 13 years of banking experience, she found her comfort zone in the funding department. She spends her free time crafting, following her daughter around the world playing basketball, or just relaxing with the family.

Leonna has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since 2017. She has previous administrative and customer service experience in the banking industry. She spends her free time with her husband, Evan, and daughter Hannah. She recently became a Nini to a beautiful granddaughter, Rylee.

Coby has been with Guaranty Abstract & Title Company since 2018. He has served as the courier for Guaranty as well as assisting in file compliance. Coby is currently pursuing a degree in Radiology and enjoys spending time with niece and nephew.
