Our Ocean Vista; the name speaks for itself...this magnificent ocean front 4885 sqft. home offers plenty of space inside and out. The lot is large, on 1.1 acres, and private with plenty of room to play. Pass through the gated driveway to the dedicated beach trail, where a short 5 minute walk through a forested path and over a babbling creek via foot bridge, will take you to miles of sandy beach. This beach is popular for surf fishing and agate hunting. There are great tidepools nearby within a beach walk to the south towards Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddle boards because this home is a short 2 minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing.
The sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Yaquina Head Lighthouse will take your breath away as you enter this impressive home. The living space is on the main floor with a grand great room. To the left is a private bedroom with a king bed and terrific ocean views. There is a hall bath with a victorianclaw foot soaking tub/shower combo for pampering. On the far side of the kitchen and large formal dining room is a sunny den with a piano! This is the perfect room to spend some time making music, singing together and watching the mighty Pacific Ocean. The sofa converts to a full size futon and there is a full bath in the adjacent hallway. At the top of the stairs is a spectacular primary suite with access to a shared deck and the glamorous primary bath with jetted bath tub, a double head shower and dual vanities. Down the hall are two more large bedrooms with a shared full hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have king beds that can be split in to two twins with advance notice as well as twin futons in each. At the end of the hall is a large room that functions as both a bedroom and additional play space. There is a queen bed at one end and plenty of room for fun with a wetbar, game table, television and desk.
Enjoy the three car garage game room which boasts billiards, ping pong and air hockey. At the end of a fun day, soak in the hot tub and be amazed at the clear coastal night sky.

This house is possibly the most spacious house we have ever stayed at. And it is located on a private road halfway between Newport and Waldport, so we had the wide beach almost to ourselves at any time of the day. A beautiful little hike through the woods to get to the beach (accessible to all but our 80+ grandparents). Great tide pools within walking distance. Saw 2 resident bald eagles, 1 osprey fishing, 1 great blue heron, 1 whale and lots of coastal birds. The house itself was in great shape. All the beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone to spread out, and a dining table that sat all of us! Only one refrigerator for 14 (a little tight), and only12 forks...plenty of other supplies/utensils. The dishwasher was functional- we didn't overload it, and it worked fine. Great game room in the garage, and lots of space for us to store our bicycles. Very communicative hosts. Easy wifi and tv/cable usage. Couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was perfect fit for our group, with an ample amount of space, large kitchen which accommodated our meal preparation for 10-12 people (and spectacular views) We spent several hours of fun in the game room playing table tennis, pool and air hockey as it was a rainy and blustery weekend, but when the sun did shine through, we were able to make it down to the beach through the beautiful beach access - a very fun and scenic mini hike through the woods down to the beach (bring some good hiking shoes) - your pup will also love it! The house was very clean, and we could not have asked for a better property to accommodate us all (the only downside is that we never got to use the hot tub as it was to blustery/rainy). Thank you Sweet Homes for sharing this property with us, and we would love to stay here again for our group's next Oregon Coast adventure!

We held our cousins Christmas here this year and we're very happy. This is a big house with room for multiple people. While you can tell this is a property loved by many, it was clean and orderly with good furniture. We would stay here again!
